In order to improve educational results and give colleges and institutions a single digital hub, this paper describes the design, development, and assessment of an AI- augmented Learning Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (LMS/ERP) platform. In order to power an AI chatbot that provides individualised support based on college-specific data, the system incorporates the Gemini 2.0 big language model, which is available via API. This significantly enhances students‘ access to academic guidance and institutional information. To ensure pedagogical rigour, a new automatic grading system that can evaluate handwritten, printed, and typed text submissions is presented. The results are mapped to Course Outcomes (CO) and Bloom&s;s Taxonomy levels. Offering strong features like course or exam registration, management of attendance by students and faculties, this system also includes placement assistance system based on machine learning in addition to assignment grading automatically. This project&s;s main aim is to simplify administrative procedures for both students and faculties. This study, which is being used as a proof-of-concept, has promising and scalability in integration across various universities, schools and corporates.
