The anthropomorphic robotics is drastically changing the ways that the brands create, share and improve customer experiences in service settings. Organizing through human form, behavior and emotional intelligence of robotic systems enable organizations to develop a deeper and stronger brand recall and more one-on-one interactions. These robots do not merely play the role of service providers but can also represent a brand image, a feeling, and consistency on a massive basis. The fact that they are used in the retail sector, the hospitality sector, the financial sector and the healthcare sector illustrates how human-like machines can maximize trust, lower service friction, and personalize experience as a branding method. Although they have an increased potential, other challenges associated with cultural acceptance, emotional authenticity, and socio-ethical implications are critical.
