A Bibliometric Analysis of Human Resource Analytics Using Vosviewer and R Studio Bibliometrix

Purpose: HR Analytics is a growing topic and an area of interest for many researchers across India and worldwide. This study aims to emphasize collaboration among authors, universities, and countries in the area and, identify the most prominent authors, journals, universities, and countries to learn about the research challenges on which researchers are currently working in HR Analytics. Methodology: This study systematically examined the Human Resource Analytics study area by conducting a bibliometric study of 266 Scopus articles from 2012 to July 2023. We conducted a various analyses using VOSviewer and R Studio Bibliometrix. Findings: The finding of the study shows that India, the US, Germany, and the Netherlands are the top countries in HR Analytics publications; collaborations between countries and universities focusing on HR Analytics are minimal. Angrave et al. and Marler and Boudreau were the most prominent authors. Originality/ Value: The findings of this study provide valuable information to academicians, scholars and researchers to understand the research trends in Human Resource Analytics.
