With the advent of the era of big data, China's education has begun to gradually promote diversified development. Vocational education is an important component of China's education, which plays an important role in China's education. In recent years, China's vocational education is in the stage of rapid development, and has also delivered a large number of excellent technical talents to enterprises. At present, under normal circumstances, higher vocational colleges at home and abroad adopt the mode of school-enterprise cooperation to train technical talents. In the process of training our country's technical talents, a series of problems have arisen. These problems have the same points. The main problems are that many higher vocational colleges do not attach enough importance to school-enterprise cooperation, do not construct a suitable mechanism for training talents, have few opportunities for training inside and outside schools, and lag behind the base facilities for training talents. In view of the above problems, higher vocational colleges must take reasonable measures in time, adhere to the teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation, highlight the characteristics of professional technology training and strengthen practical training between school-enterprise cooperation. Only in this way can we ensure that in the current era of rapid development of information technology, the talents trained by higher vocational colleges can better meet the employment needs of enterprises and realize the scientificity and practicability of engineering and technical personnel training as soon as possible.
