This paper aims to consider the teaching design of new business practice teaching and the development of practical teaching platform based on virtual simulation technology. First of all, we analyze the new requirements of the new business education and the changes in teaching mode needed to meet these requirements. On this basis, we give the new business practice teaching scheme design, framework of the platform development and it's implementation. At the same time, the training effect of enterprise's simulation based on this platform is displayed via software operating screenshot. Also, we points out the training objectives of the basic skills that students can obtain based on the platform. Furthermore, three special functions are analyzed for the platform with virtual reality.
