ETHICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS
The article is devoted to the study of ethical and legal aspects of artificial intelligence usage in modernizing educational processes in vocational education organizations. It examines concepts related to artificial intelligence, current trends influencing the organization of educational activities, as well as the necessity for these institutions to adapt to contemporary labor market demands. The potential of AI technologies in enhancing learning efficiency, automating administrative procedures, and individualizing students’ educational paths are analyzed. Ethical considerations concerning AI implementation include data protection, objectivity of decisions made by AI systems, social justice, and equality of opportunities. Potential ethical challenges and ways to minimize them have been explored. Legal issues regarding AI use in vocational education, including the legal base, responsibility regulation and international cooperation are examined. Practical approaches to modifying regulatory acts aimed at regulating artificial intelligence technologies in education are described.
