This study focuses on the application and challenges of artificial intelligence in the field of vocational education. Through literature review, case analysis, and questionnaire surveys, it explores the ap-plication of artificial intelligence in teaching method innovation, simulation training and practice, intelligent tutoring, career planning, and employment guidance. At the same time, it analyzes the challenges faced in the application of artificial intelligence, such as technical security and data privacy issues, the transfor-mation of the role of teachers, and the uneven distribution of resources, and proposes corresponding solu-tions, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the rational application of artificial intelligence in vocational education.
