A method for matching the impedance between a driver and a transmission line, wherein the transmission line is between the driver and a load can include transmitting a first pulse from the driver to the load through the transmission line, wherein a first reflection from the transmitted first pulse occurs after a first time, measuring a second reflection from the transmitted first pulse after a second time, and adjusting the calibration of the driver in response to the measured second reflection.
