This study explores how digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, cloud computing, and automation are reshaping HR practices and redefining the future of work. The research examines the integration of digital tools across key HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement. It further analyses emerging workplace trends such as hybrid work models, gig economy expansion, and AI-augmented decision-making. Using a qualitative secondary research methodology, this paper synthesizes findings from recent academic literature and industry reports. The study identifies key opportunities such as improved efficiency, strategic decision-making, and enhanced employee experience, while also highlighting challenges including data privacy concerns, ethical issues, and skill gaps. The findings suggest that Digital HRM is not merely a technological upgrade but a strategic necessity for organizations aiming to remain competitive in the evolving digital economy.
