The study also discusses the benefits of digital HRM, including improved talent acquisition, better employee experience, and the effective use of HR analytics for strategic planning. At the same time, the paper acknowledges certain challenges associated with digital transformation in HRM, such as data security concerns, lack of digital competencies, and resistance to technological change among employees.
