This paper examines the process of creating chatbots using artificial intelligence technologies—from concept development to practical implementation. The design stages are reviewed, including goal setting, user scenario analysis, and system architecture selection. Methods for natural language processing, machine learning, and integration with external services are described. Development tools and platforms for creating intelligent dialog systems of varying complexity are analyzed.
