CORPORATE INITIATIVES IN HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT

The article explores modern corporate initiatives aimed at developing human capital in the face of socio-economic challenges. The relevance of the topic is driven by the critical shortage of qualified personnel in the labor market, the need to ensure technological sovereignty, and the accelerated digital transformation of business processes. The article analyzes the key areas of investment in personnel development, from creating internal educational ecosystems to implementing programs for psychological well-being and employee longevity. By analyzing statistical data for 2022- 2023 and summarizing scientific concepts in the field of human capital, the most effective mechanisms for capitalizing employees’ competencies are identified. Special attention is paid to the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into learning and development processes. The author substantiates the thesis that modern corporate initiatives are transforming from targeted educational activities into comprehensive talent lifecycle management systems. It is concluded that human capital is becoming not just a factor of production, but a key asset that determines the adaptability and innovation potential of an organization. The author proposes recommendations for improving corporate personnel development policies, including personalization of educational trajectories and evaluation of investment efficiency through engagement and retention metrics.
