Abstract In the era of digital transformation, the relationship between employers and employees has undergone significant changes. Technological advancements have reshaped business operations, organizational structures, and traditional workplace practices. Organizations are increasingly transitioning from conventional work environments to hybrid and digitally enabled models, influencing the way employee engagement is managed. Digital technologies have transformed Human Resource Management (HRM) by enabling organizations to implement innovative engagement strategies that enhance communication, collaboration, learning, and employee well-being. The integration of digital tools and platforms in employee engagement practices offers greater flexibility, transparency, and accessibility, benefiting both employees and organizations. These innovations contribute to improved job satisfaction, productivity, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. This study is based on secondary data collected from research articles, journals, HR magazines, industry reports, and relevant literature. The paper examines the role of digital innovations in enhancing employee engagement and explores how organizations are redesigning engagement practices to adapt to the evolving digital workplace. Furthermore, it highlights the benefits of digital engagement initiatives and provides suggestions for leveraging digital technologies to foster a more engaged, efficient, and sustainable workforce.
