If there is an incoming voice call to a telecommunication terminal equipment, a response cannot be instantly made to the call and a caller's telephone number and an electronic mail address associated with the caller's telephone number are registered with a telephone directory, then a document prepared in advance and a document automatically formed out of latest schedule data and time are automatically transmitted to the electronic mail address over electronic mail.
