Prohibits rewards that increase minors' engagement with AI services and mandates measures to prevent AI from generating explicit, emotional, or harmful content for minors. Instructs operators to implement protocols responding to self-harm or suicidal prompts by directing users to crisis services, excluding law enforcement. Bans any representation of AI outputs as endorsed by licensed professionals. Mandates annual reports from operators on crisis notifications and protocol efficacy submitted to the Attorney General's Office from July 1, 2027. Ensures protection of confidential information and prohibits inconsistency with constitutional rights.
