HR IN THE ERA OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: TRANSFORMATION OF CORPORATE APPROACHES AND STRATEGIES

The article identifies the main global trends in the use of artificial intelligence in human resource management and proposes a comprehensive strategy for their effective implementation in contemporary companies. The key directions for applying artificial intelligence technologies in HR management are characterized, including the automation of routine administrative tasks, the optimization of recruitment processes, predictive analytics for workforce planning, and the personalization of employee training and development programs. It is revealed that the primary purpose of AI technologies is to unify and streamline the operational work of HR managers, providing them with additional time and resources for addressing strategic objectives and long-term organizational development. The study defines the concept of AI-driven HR management and analyzes the main functional areas where intelligent systems are currently applied. The world’s best employers according to the Forbes 2024 ranking have been systematized, and an analytical review of how leading global companies integrate artificial intelligence technologies into their HR practices has been conducted. Based on this analysis, a multi-stage strategy for implementing AI technologies is proposed, aimed at reducing recruitment costs, improving the accuracy of personnel selection, and automating routine processes. The implementation of this strategy is recommended to begin with preparing employees for technological change and explaining the practical advantages and long-term benefits of adopting artificial intelligence in HR management.
