HR 5784 AI–WISE Act 2025

Amends the Small Business Act to require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to establish educational resources and modules on artificial intelligence for small businesses. Requires these resources to cover topics such as AI model functions, risk management, privacy, human oversight in AI-informed decisions, and evaluation of AI's impact on operations and productivity. Instructs the Administrator to ensure the resources are accurate and current by consulting with the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology and an Advisory Working Group. Mandates that the resources be publicly available on an SBA online platform and disseminated through resource partners. Prohibits the materials from favoring specific AI models or developers over others.
